    Step 1:
  • Client decides on their detailed requirement and desired outcomes, reports and documents
    1. Secure internal buy-in from fellow stake holders
    2. Share finalised requirements with WinFocus
    3. Appoint a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to coordinate the transition
    Step 2:
  • Meeting between Client (led by SPOC), and WinFocus team in order to
    1. Understand the detailed brief
    2. Client shares information on approved sources for CVs and restrictions, if any
    3. Agree upon technology interfaces and data transfer protocols.
    4. Firm up SLAs
    5. Enter into confidentiality contract
    6. Set up secure access where required
